By accessing or using KonnecAI, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with these terms, any applicable service arrangements and applicable laws.

2. Platform Purpose

KonnecAI is provided to support event-related workflows, including event setup, registration form creation, attendee management, confirmation communications, QR credential handling, check-in records, exports and operational reporting.

The platform is not intended to replace professional legal, compliance, security or operational advice. Organisers are responsible for configuring their events, forms, communications and staff permissions appropriately.

3. Accounts and Authorised Use

Users must keep account credentials secure and ensure that access is granted only to authorised persons. Administrators are responsible for managing roles, staff permissions and shared event access within their organisation or event team.

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the platform, misuse QR credentials, submit unlawful content, overload the service, or use KonnecAI in a way that may compromise other users, attendees or systems.

4. Event Content and Registrations

Event organisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of event information, form questions, uploaded materials, email templates, attendee communications and any instructions shown to registrants.

Registrants should provide accurate information when completing event forms. Event participation, eligibility, cancellations and attendance arrangements remain subject to the organiser’s own event rules and decisions.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and professional platform, but availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, third-party services, network conditions or events outside our reasonable control.

KonnecAI may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the service where necessary for security, reliability, compliance, product development or operational reasons.

6. Intellectual Property

KonnecAI, its platform design, product name, interface elements and related materials are owned by KonnecAI or its licensors. Users retain responsibility for their own event content and uploaded materials.

You may use the platform only for its intended purpose and may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or exploit the service except as expressly permitted.

7. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KonnecAI is provided on a reasonable efforts basis and is not liable for indirect losses, event-specific disputes, attendee decisions, organiser configuration errors, third-party service interruptions or unauthorised use caused by poor credential management.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
